Joy resides in Greenwich CT and is the founder and CEO of the Metalios Group at Houlihan Lawrence, specializing in Greenwich and Fairfield County. Based on sales volume, she and her team of fifteen have been ranked by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal as the #1 Team in Greenwich for four consecutive years. Over the course of her career, Joy has closed close to $1 billion in real estate sales.

Joy was recently appointed to the Agent Advisory Board at Zillow, a board of twenty seven top real estate professionals in the country. She is highly regarded by clients and colleagues for her expertise and knowledge of the market both locally and across her national network. Joy is incredibly invested in her clients’ objectives and has created strategic processes which consistently result in a five star, best in class home buying or selling experience. Joy is a graduate of Columbia University, where she studied engineering and went on to work for Mobil Oil - but soon learned her interpersonal skills and business acumen could be used successfully in real estate. She remains active with the school and the sorority that she founded on campus - Alpha Chi Omega. At home, she is a wife and mom to three amazing kids with her husband.
